500 gms of half cooked basmati rice For the ground masalas - 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 15-16 garlic pods,4 black pepper, 2 cloves,1/2 inch cinnamon, 1/2inch ginger,4-5 dried red chlies. Salt as per taste 1 Cup - 3/4 cooked mix vegetables (caulifower,french beans,Green peas, potatoes) 1 tbsp - Biryani masalas 1 tbsp - Mix Masala 1 tsp - Coriander powder, cumin powder 4 tbsp - Cooking Oil 1 cup fried onion [Birsta] 1 cup finely chopped green coriander
