Ingredients

2-3 eggs (use 3 if eggs are small in size)

2 single Maggi packs

1 ½ cups Water or as required

½ medium onion (sliced)

½ capsicum or bell peppers (sliced)

Red or green chilli to taste (chopped)

1 cup shredded cabbage (optional)

½ tsp roasted cumin powder (optional)

½ tsp garam masala

½ tsp red chilli powder or to taste

salt and pepper to taste

1-2 tbsp Olive oil or vegetable oil

2-3 tbsp Hot and Sweet Maggi sauce (or ketchup)
