Not gonna lie–I have a love affair with Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding. Yep I’m five and a tub of this usually won’t last me through the week. There’s something about getting a cup (bowl rather) after dinner, curling up in bed, and enjoying my chocolate pudding with Netflix. But chocolate pudding is like eggnog–you start off with half a cup–oh that’s 200 calories–and half a cup isn’t enough so you need… a bowl. Before you know it you’ve consumed 600 calories of pudding and well–you get my drift. Not exactly the feels you want before bedtime 🙂

This Jamaican Sweet Potato Pudding is more of a pie or cake pudding–hence it’s shape. It’s vegan (contains NO dairy) so you won’t be left with an upset stomach at midnight. And it’s got tons of cinnamon and nutmeg flavor (my favorite)!
This pudding is a little more desserty as it contains cream, but not much else! It’s flavored with lemon juice and a tad bit of sugar, and has raspberry and coconut flavor for a tasty snack. Doesn’t that sound good??
It’s almond joy, but vegan and sans preservatives. This pudding is made with almond and coconut milk and comes with a recipe for coconut sable cookie dippers! Win, win.
Another vegan treat for you made with bananas, almond butter and tofu, YUM. This chocolate tofu pudding is also a great snack post workout as it has more protein and less sugar than most puddings.
This lower calorie Vegan Pumpkin Pudding is great around the holidays–just anytime you’re in the mood for pumpkin flavor (which is all the time, right?) It’s made with coconut milk, and has pumpkin spice flavors that taste better than your latte.
This Chocolate Chia pudding has 4 ingredients, and is something we can replace kozy shack with (nothing can completely replace kozy shack 🙂 Maple or date syrup work to sweeten up this textured pudding, and it too is vegan (so no bloated feelings afterwards).
